We walked into your showroom on a busy Saturday and were introduced to Tony. He spent a great deal of time with us, answering our many questions, and taking us on an extensive test drive of the 2010 Nissan Altima.
At the time, we informed Tony that we were only "looking" and that we had several other makes and models of cars to consider. Tony remained very cordial and invited us back at any time. He never used any pressure sales tactics and did not pester us with incessant phone calls regarding our final decision.
When it came time to purchase a car, we returned to Porreco Nissan and searched out for Tony. We knew we were in good hands. Tony has always been extremely affable, very professional, and very knowledgeab le.
After purchasing the car, Tony spend a considerable amount of time going over all the details of operating the car and interpreting the many dashboard readouts. He even took special pains to remove the sticky remains from a label that had veen affixed to one of the intelligent key fobs. Now that's attention to detail!!
We are excited about our new car and look forward to returning to Porreco Nissan in the future. Thanks to all of you for a painless, and should we add "very enjoyable" car buying experience.

Dear Jason,
In search for a new car for our recently graduated daughter, we found that working with your salesman Dennis was a good fit for us. He returned our phone calls promptly, was always friendly and courteous, and he answered our questions in a straightforward manner. He was never impatient or pushy. He responded to our needs and did not try to steer us toward another car simply because he had too many of that model in stock.
We had been working with two other dealers in the Pittsburgh area, where our daughter resides, but felt that they did not have our best interests in mind. Dennis did. And as a result, it was worth the four hour roundtrip drive from Pittsburgh to seal a deal with Porreco Nissan in Erie, PA.
